Serving generations of Eagle Rock families.
Westminster Child Center began when women from Eagle Rock Presbyterian Church imagined a preschool that would serve local families with love and excellence. Under the leadership of Dr. Thomas Megahey, the Center opened on September 24, 1962, with two classrooms and a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
WCC has expanded its facilities, strengthened its curriculum, and adapted to the needs of new generations. The heart of the work remains the same: children are encouraged to explore, create, build friendships, and grow with support from teachers and families.
