These terms govern your use of westminstercc.org (the “Site”), operated by Westminster Child Center (“WCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information on the Site
The Site provides general information about WCC, its programs, and the tour and enrollment process. We work to keep information accurate, but schedules, tuition, availability, policies, and program details may change. Please confirm important details directly with WCC.
Tour requests and enrollment
Complete the booking process in Google Calendar to reserve an available tour time. A tour booking does not guarantee a classroom opening, admission, or enrollment. Enrollment is governed by separate application materials, policies, agreements, licensing requirements, and payment terms.
Parent and guardian use
The Site and its forms are intended for adults. By submitting information about a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide the information.
Your submissions
You agree to provide information that is accurate and appropriate for the request. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, government-identification, or emergency information through the tour form.
Not for emergencies
The Site and tour form are not monitored as emergency communication channels. In an emergency, call 911. Current WCC families should use the communication methods provided in their enrollment materials for time-sensitive child-care matters.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by WCC or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, noncommercial use. Other use requires prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services. WCC does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” WCC does not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Site or our practices change. The revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
